We're going to do something else that has not been done before: hold an art festival in the Olmsted chain of parks along Ponce de Leon Ave.  These beautiful parks have lovely trees and paths and great visibility from one of Atlanta's truly historic avenues.

Located in one of Atlanta's neighborhood gems and a stone's throw from Inman Park and Little Five Points, this chain of parks of North Druid Hills is one of the best kept secrets in Atlanta. The parks on Ponce are just down the street from the Fernbank Museum (at Boulevard and Ponce de Leon), and designed by Olmsted with total enjoyment in mind.  What an ideal location to start one of the most fun shows of the year!

What will this festival be like?  More like a fine arts festival, but with another very friendly jury of artists.  Again we are focused on the community and local artists.  If there is one thing that everyone needs, it's opportunity. So while the jury will consider the quality of product and display, they encourage new artists and crafters to apply.

What will this festival be like?  The best way to described it is Inman Park meets Yellow Daisy, meets Indie Craft, meets Buckhead Arts Festival, goes back to tradition!

The Peach Drop attracts over 100,000 people to Underground Atlanta every year. This would place the Peach Drop as the largest such celebration in the Southeastern United States and the second largest event of its kind in the United States.
