Services include:
- Secure required alcohol permits / licenses § Assist with determination of production selection and retail pricing - Manage all ------- beverage staff
- Provide inventory and cash control management for beverage sales
- Compile post event beverage sales reports
- Solicit, contract and manage food vendors
- Secure and advise event on policy for ‘safe' food service as required by local health departments
- Coordinate logistical details in regards to food and beverage program

Premier Events maintains a $5,000,000 insurance policy which covers concessions liability.
